About Sierra

Originally from Prosper, Texas - I spent the first 16 years of my life as a gymnast. I sprinkled in some other sports in there over the years such as basketball, soccer, volleyball… I was even on my brothers little league football team at one point. I was active and athletic and loved every minute of it! I quit gymnastics because of an injury and transitioned into High School and competitive cheerleading. Once in college, it was the first time I wasn’t a part of a team and I struggled to find ways of being active - which is when I found group fitness. I started with Pure Barre and Zumba classes before my brother introduced me to Hot Yoga. I fell in love and became a Certified Yoga Instructor during COVID. I started teaching Power Yoga, then learned Yin, Hatha, and Sculpt - so i’ve been teaching now for about 5 years. I wanted to continue learning so I received my certification from NASM to be a personal trainer, as well as my Nutrition certification. Next steps are to keep learning and rising and become a certified Pilates Instructor.

I have a background in Hospitality and Retail Management, receiving my graduate degree from Texas Tech University in December 2019. I love helping people reach their goals while staying committed to daily habits. I have a passion for people and fitness - so i’d love to help you elevate your fitness journey!
